Refund Policy

Refunds will not be available once bookings are confirmed, following a 7 day cooling off period. However rescheduling is allowed, free of charge as long as 24 hours notice is given. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE BOOKING!

Refunds applicable only due to;

• Death of dog
• Seizure of dog by police
• Medical issue which will render the dog indefinitely incapable of any form of training. 
• Cancellation of sessions if NBDOGTRAINING decide training is not suitable, and choose to withdraw services.
• Sessions cannot go ahead due to NBDOGTRAINING being unable to continue or reschedule.

  Dog Training requires a commitment of time and effort from owners, and therefore we ask payment in advance, to protect us as a business, and more importantly, to ensure only customers who are committed to getting the outcome their dog deserves, get access to our services

  IMPORTANT NOTE – PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO COMMIT TO THE COST, WAIT TIMES, EFFORT AND CONSISTENCY AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE LIST
